Refund & Cancellation Policy

Booking of appointments can be cancelled by the customer through their customer login. Agility Ace will process the cancellation and refund the booking amount as per the terms and conditions given below:

  • If the booking is cancelled 48 hours before the date and time of scheduled appointment then 100% refund of the booking amount may be requested.
  • If the booking is cancelled 24 hours before the date and time of scheduled appointment then a 50% refund of the booking amount may be requested.
  • If the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the date and time of scheduled appointment then no refund of the booking amount can be requested.
  • In some special cases, if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the date and time of scheduled appointment then refund of the booking amount may be considered on case-by-case basis.

In all above cases processing fee may be deducted, if applicable.
Refund will be made within 7 business days to the bank account, credit or debit card used at the time of transaction after deducting the payment gateway charges, bank transfer charges and taxes as applicable.
