Online Consultation

Process of Booking an Online Appointment

  • Click on the icon - Book an Online Appointment
  • Here you can book single or multiple appointments based on your requirement.
  • Select your preferred date and time.
  • Fill your contact details and queries (if any) in the given form and submit.

Appointment Confirmation Process

  • After booking an appointment, you will receive the bank details and total amount to be paid (including VAT) with a Booking ID number from us on your registered email ID.
  • Pay the amount due using the Booking ID number as your reference (important).
  • Kindly reply back on the same email with the payment details for quick processing of your booking.
  • Once the payment is received Agility Ace will send the acceptance of your appointment along with the Google Meet link to join the online video consultation session. It may take upto 6 business hours to send the confirmation after we received your payment.

Starting your Appointment

  • You can join the confirmed appointment by clicking the Google Meet link at the confirmed date and time.

Reschedule an Appointment

  • You can submit a request for rescheduling the date and time of the appointment only after receiving the confirmation of your appointment request.
  • Acceptance of the new date and time of appointment will depend upon the current availability.
  • Agility Ace will have the right to accept or reject the reschedule request date and time.

Cancel an Appointment

Booking of appointments can be cancelled by the customer through their customer login. Agility Ace will process the cancellation and refund the booking amount as per the Refund & Cancellation policy.
